Recently, Zibo City carried out a special inspection of construction lifting machinery at construction sites throughout the city, urging enterprises to fulfill their main responsibilities, continuously improve safety management levels, and ensure the safe operation of construction lifting machinery and equipment. The focus of this special action is to inspect the qualifications of the installation and dismantling management units of construction lifting machinery, whether the installation and operation personnel hold certificates to work, whether the enterprise has taken image data of the installation situation for future reference, whether the units using construction lifting machinery have established inspection and maintenance systems, and whether the safety protection devices of tower cranes are complete, sensitive, and reliable.

　　The inspection started from the aspects of installation and disassembly management, use and operation management, and adopted the methods of enterprise self inspection and self improvement, random inspection by district and county safety supervision agencies, and supervision by municipal quality and safety stations. A total of 499 construction projects under construction, 1476 individual projects, 884 construction lifting machinery, and 306 hidden danger rectification notices were issued, with 1743 hidden dangers rectified. The Municipal Quality Safety Station randomly inspected a total of 42 lifting machinery in 10 districts and counties, issued 20 hidden danger rectification notices, and ordered one to stop work.
