Use and maintenance of steel wire rope hand board hoist

　　1.Before use, lubricating oil should be added to each friction part, and sediment should be regularly removed from the steel wire rope.

　　2.After use, mud and dirt should be removed to ensure flexible movement of the parts, and regular disassembly should be carried out to check the wear of the parts. If there is severe wear, it should be replaced.

　　3. Disassembly steps: Remove the forward handle, loosen the handle, dust cover, unscrew the bolts at the hook wing, the screws at the bottom of the shell, and the screws fixed by the guide rope hole to open the shell. Remove the large and small pull rods, and the body can be disassembled.

　　4.When disassembling, attention should be paid to the assembly position of the parts, especially the assembly position of the palate and size control board.

　　5.After disassembly, cleaning, and inspection, the body must be installed in its original position and can only be reused after being confirmed to be normal through testing.

　　Precautions for steel wire rope hand board hoist:

　　1.Before use, check whether each handle moves flexibly and whether there is lubricating oil in each friction part. If abnormal movement of the handle is found, repair it.

　　2.It is strictly prohibited to simultaneously pull the forward handle and the reverse handle during work.

　　3.Be careful not to pull the release handle during work.

　　4.If you want to push out the steel wire rope, you must first remove the load before you can pull the release handle.

　　5. Do not overload.

　　6.When conducting high-altitude operations, safety devices must be attached, otherwise they cannot be used.

　　7.When using a lifting basket for high-rise building construction, the working load is 1/3 of the original load and the operator must add a safety device.

　　8. Regularly check the condition of the steel wire rope. If there are crushing, broken wires, loose strands, and cannot be used.
