  There are many types of winch, which can be divided into single drum and double drum according to the drum form. According to the transmission type, it can be divided into two types: reverse gearbox type and friction type. There are several types of traction capacity, including 05t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 15t, etc. Generally, the reversible gearbox winch has a slow traction speed, a large traction force, and is safe and reliable when the load drops. It is often used for the hoisting, transportation, and mechanical installation of components and equipment.

  Friction type winch has fast traction speed and small traction force, and is suitable for transporting materials in construction projects. 1. Friction type electric control winch

  (1) Structure: friction electric winch is composed of motor gear, drum, friction wood block, ratchet, handle, chassis and other main components.

  (2) Transmission principle: the friction electric winch is driven by the motor to rotate the small gear and the big gear. The big gear and the drum are separately installed on the same shaft. There are no interconnected keys or bolts between them. So, when the hand crank is in the zero position, the electric motor can only drive the large and small gears to idle, and the drum does not rotate with it. When the work requires the drum to rotate, simply insert the conical friction wooden block on the large gear into the concave groove at one end of the drum, and the two generate friction in parallel to make the drum rotate. The specific operation is to move the hand crank clockwise to push the screw rod to the left to compress the spring, causing the drum to move along the axial direction of the large gear and connect with the friction block of the large gear. At this time, the ratchet and drum rotate together with the large gear. When it is necessary to stop, still pull the handle back to the spring to remove the drum from the friction position and prevent it from rotating. When the friction type electric winch is released, the weight drops, and the speed is controlled by the tightening and loosening of the handle.

  2、 Reversible electric control winch

  (1) Structure: reversible electric winch is composed of motor, reduction gearbox, drum, electromagnetic brake, drum controller and chassis.

  (2) Transmission principle: when the winch is powered on, rotate the drum control handle clockwise to make the motor rotate counterclockwise after receiving power. At the same time, open the electromagnetic brake, and the motor will drive the input shaft of the gearbox to rotate through the connecting shaft. The pinion installed on the output shaft of the gearbox drives the big gear to rotate, and the big gear is fixed on the drum. The drum and the big gear rotate together The reel rolls in the wire rope to lift the object. When the reversible handle returns to the zero position, the power supply on the motor and electromagnetic brake is cut off at the same time, and the motor stops working. The brake shoe of the electromagnetic brake holds the coupling wheel of the connecting shaft and stops rotating, causing the lifting object to stop. Similarly, when the control panel is operated in reverse, the electric motor drum is reversed to release the steel wire rope, causing the weight to fall.
