The working principle of magnetic suspension is manufactured using Faraday's electromagnetic induction principle. By flipping the handle to change the magnetic force line, the crane is placed in a working or closed state; Without the need for external power supply, it is a new type of lifting tool that is both safe, energy-saving, and efficient.
When the crane is in working condition, the suction surface at the bottom of the crane forms a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles, which firmly suck the iron material workpiece. There is also a V-shaped groove on the bottom surface, so it can suction and lift both plate shaped and cylindrical workpieces. Therefore, the crane has strict requirements for the thickness and area of the board.
Magnetic suspension is widely used in the mechanical industry, mold manufacturing, warehouses, transportation and other departments to transport magnetic objects such as steel plates and ingots. The usage method of magnetic suspension is as follows:
1. When lifting, the surface of the lifted workpiece should be cleaned first, and any rust or protrusions should be cleaned. The centerline of the permanent magnet crane should preferably coincide with the center of gravity of the workpiece, and then place the crane on the working plane. Rotate the handle from the "-" position to the "+" direction until it reaches the limit pin. Check if the security inclined block of the handle is automatically locked, and then lift it.
2. When lifting the workpiece, overloading is strictly prohibited, and it is strictly prohibited for the human body to pass under the workpiece. The temperature of the lifted workpiece and the ambient temperature should not exceed 80 degrees, and there should be no severe vibration or impact.
3. After completing the lifting, press the handle button inward to release the security key on the handle from the security pin. Rotate the handle from the "+" to the "-" direction to the limit pin. Place the lifting device in a closed state and detach the workpiece from the lifting device.
4. When lifting cylindrical workpieces, the angle between the B-shaped groove and the workpiece should be kept in two straight lines of contact, so its lifting force is only 30% -50% of the rated lifting force.
