When using the tightener, first loosen the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire on the tightener and fix it on the cross arm. Use a wire clamp to clamp the wire, and then pull the special wrench. Due to the anti reversal effect of the pawl, the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire is gradually wound around the ratchet drum to tighten the wire. Fix the tightened wire onto the insulator. Then, first release the pawl to release the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire, then release the wire clamp, and finally wind the steel wire rope or galvanized iron wire around the drum of the ratchet.
