In addition to the troubleshooting of micro electric hoists in the previous collection (1), what other faults are prone to occur with micro electric hoists?
1. When starting, the motor makes a buzzing sound??. (1) The power supply and motor have few phases, and the contactor needs to be repaired or replaced??. (2) The AC contactor has poor contact and needs to be repaired or replaced??.
2. The heavy object rises into mid air and cannot be restarted after stopping??. (1) If the voltage is too low or fluctuates greatly, wait for the voltage to return to normal before starting.
3. The clearance between the conical rotor and the stator of the motor is too small to cause friction (called "sweeping"). (1) Factory products do not allow "sweeping", and the main reasons for "sweeping" are: severe wear of the support ring on the motor shaft, axial displacement of the rotor core, or displacement of the stator core. In this case, it is necessary to remove and replace the support ring, so that there is a uniform gap between the stator and rotor cone surfaces, with each side of 035-055mm (small motor gap) or send it back to the manufacturer for repair.
4. Reducer oil leakage??. (1) The sealing ring between the box and the cover is poorly assembled or damaged due to failure. Need to remove for maintenance or replace the sealing ring??. (2) The connecting screws are not tightened. Just tighten the screws.
5. When starting, the motor makes a buzzing sound??. (1) Power supply and motor with few phases. The contactor needs to be repaired or replaced. (2) The AC contactor has poor contact and needs to be repaired or replaced.
6. The reducer makes excessive noise. (1) Poor lubrication requires disassembly for maintenance??, Add lubricating oil. (2) Excessive wear of gears and excessive clearance between teeth. It needs to be disassembled for maintenance. (3) The gear is damaged and needs to be disassembled for maintenance. (4) The bearing is damaged and needs to be disassembled for maintenance. With the troubleshooting of the electric hoist mentioned above, I believe that if you encounter problems during use, you will be more proficient.
