　　(1) The rated lifting capacity identification must be visible in the operating area of the electric hoist.

　　(2) The hook head and its cover of the electric hoist shall be free from obvious deformation and wear, such as straightening of the hook head, damage or bending of the hook head pulley cover and hoist;

　　(3) There must be corresponding safety operation procedures in the operation area of the electric hoist (which can be printed and pasted in the operation area);

　　(4) The main body of the electric hoist (drum, reducer, motor) is free from cracks, and all connecting bolts are not loose (especially the steel wire rope pressing plate bolts and the connecting bolts of the reducer and motor);

　　(5) There must be an independent air switch (which cannot be shared with other electrical equipment) in the nearby operating area of the electric hoist, and there must be clear signs;

　　(6) The rope guide of the electric hoist should be intact and free from obvious deformation;

　　(7) The upper limit of the hoisting mechanism of the electric hoist must be intact and able to play a corresponding role;

　　(8) The traction cable of the electric hoist must have a traction steel wire rope or a cable with its own traction rope, and the length of the traction steel wire rope must be less than the length of the corresponding cable;
