　　Safety inspection of hooks

　　1. The hook used for manually driven lifting mechanism shall be tested with 15 times the rated load as the inspection load. 2. The hook used for the power driven lifting mechanism shall be tested with twice the rated load as the inspection load. 3. After removing the inspection load from the hook, there should be no obvious defects or deformation, and the increase in opening should not exceed 025% of the original size.

　　4. Qualified hooks should be marked in the low stress area of the hook, including the rated lifting capacity, factory logo or name, inspection mark, production number, and other contents.
