The daily rust prevention work of wire rope electric hoists should pay attention to the following four points:

　　2. The bearing of the steel wire rope electric hoist hook should be injected with calcium based anti rust lubricating grease to prevent rust

　　3. The gear box of the electric hoist body shall be coated with antirust grease containing petroleum Barium sulfate on the surface of the gear, and the rust condition and protection of the gear box shall be checked regularly. If rust occurs in Fan County, it is necessary to use hardwood or bamboo slices to remove rust spots and reapply oil; If the original oil film has deteriorated, it needs to be cleaned with kerosene or gasoline before applying the aforementioned anti rust grease.

　　4. The exposed surface of each part of the electric hoist body, which has been machined, should be coated with calcium based anti rust lubricating grease or other anti rust lubricating grease on the exposed threaded surface.
