The electric chain hoist is the most widely used and has the most models and specifications in lifting equipment. So, what is the reason for the deformation of the metal structure of the chain hoist? How to avoid the occurrence of metal structure deformation. In general, the deformation of metal structures is caused by the rigidity of the structure. The most common examples include the downward and lateral bending of the main beam at the mid span and cantilever ends, wave deformation of the main beam web, and diagonal deformation of the frame structure composed of the main beam and end beam
The downward deflection deformation of the main beam causes a slope on the trolley track, which increases the climbing resistance of the chain electric hoist sports car, resulting in running slipping and even automatic sliding after parking. The deformation of the main beam has adverse effects on the safety status of other metal structural components and certain components of the working mechanism. To compensate for the downward deflection under lifting load, the main beam is designed with a certain degree of camber, and the cantilever beam end has a certain degree of upwarping, so that the elastic deformation curve of the main beam is smooth whether under no load or full load. However, with the passage of time and long-term loading, it is inevitable that the camber and upwarping will decrease, leading to downward deflection deformation. The reason is due to residual internal stress generated during the manufacturing process of the metal structure of the chain electric hoist, defects during installation, overload during use, and the impact of high temperature in the working environment.
