(1) Before using the jack, the reliability of the braking gear and braking device should be checked first, and it should be ensured that the braking function can be activated when lifting the weight.

　　(2) The rack and gear of the jack should have no cracks or broken teeth, the handle and all its accessories should be intact, and the connection should be correct and reliable before use.

　　(3) When using a jack, it should be placed in a sturdy place, with a solid pad at the bottom to expand the bearing area. A wooden board should also be placed at the contact between the top and the object to prevent the weight from being crushed and the jack from slipping when under pressure.

　　(4) When lifting, the jack must be placed vertically and overload is not allowed to ensure safe use.

　　(5) When operating, the object should be lifted slightly first, and then the base plate at the bottom of the jack should be checked for flatness and firmness. If the base plate is not flat or firm under pressure, or if the jack is tilted, the jack must be loosened and re lifted after treatment. During lifting, safety sleepers should be added to the bottom of the object as it rises to prevent the danger of the piston suddenly sliding due to the tilt or failure of the jack.

　　(6) When lifting heavy objects, additional sleepers should be erected on both sides of the jack to prevent accidents. The clear distance between the sleeper stack and the bottom of the heavy object should always be kept within 50mm, that is, it should be padded along with the top.

　　(7) The lifting height of the jack shall not exceed the specified stroke.

　　(8) When several jacks lift the same object at the same time, a dedicated person should provide unified command to ensure that the lifting speed of the several jacks is basically the same, in order to avoid accidents.
