Optimization design of the motor: The motor adopts a 2/4/6 stage conical rotor motor to use various working conditions.
The insulation level of the motor has been raised to Class F, and the protection level has been raised to IP54; The motor is equipped with overheating protection components; The design of the motor should consider effectively improving the useful power, voltage reduction ability, and starting and braking ability; Improve the temperature rise of motor design and fully utilize the potential of the motor; In addition to improving the accuracy of design, processing, and manufacturing, the noise reduction of motors should also consider measures to reduce electromagnetic noise and eddy current noise in the air duct from a design perspective. Optimization design of gears: 40Cr or 42CrMn, 40MnB materials are used for gears, which are subject to quenching and tempering, surface quenching or nitriding. Although the original 20CrMnTi or 20MnTIB materials are ideal in terms of Flexural strength and contact strength of gears, affected by the domestic basic processing level, the gear processing accuracy is low, the deformation of carburizing and quenching heat treatment is difficult to control, and there is no gear grinding process in the subsequent sequence, which inevitably leads to the disadvantages of high gear noise and low efficiency. The new materials and heat treatment methods have been promoted by many manufacturers in China.
In addition, the use of gear pairs with hard and medium hard tooth surfaces for meshing, the use of gear shaving technology for high-speed gears, and the selection of gear helix angles around 12-17 ° are all effective ways to improve the smoothness of gear transmission. The structural design of the gear transmission box and cover should be conducive to noise absorption and vibration reduction, and the accuracy level of the transmission bearings should be improved. The optimization and upgrading of various components of wire rope electric hoists are aimed at better adapting to market demand and producing more high-quality and high-performance electric hoist products.
