Feel if the motor has any meaning, and if so, it may be due to the motor burning. When disassembling the motor, remove the rotor from the shaft extension end or non extension end. If it is not necessary to remove the fan, it is more convenient to remove the rotor from the non shaft extension end. When removing the rotor from the stator, it should be prevented from damaging the stator winding or insulation. When the vibration and noise during motor operation significantly increase? Some lubricating oil should be added to the bearings to maintain flexibility. If the noise still cannot be resolved, the bearings should be replaced.

Generally, when the motor runs for about 5000 hours, the lubricating grease shall be supplemented or replaced.
