Jack Safety Operating Regulations:

　　1) Before use, check whether all parts are intact and whether the oil is clean. When the safety bolt of the hydraulic jack is damaged, or when the thread and rack of the screw or rack jack are worn by 20%, it is strictly prohibited to use it.

　　2) The jack should be set at a flat and solid place and padded with wooden blocks.

　　3) The jack must be perpendicular to the load surface, and an anti-skid cushion should be added between its top and the contact surface of the load.

　　4) Jacks are strictly prohibited from being overloaded, and the handle should not be extended. They should not be operated by more than the specified number of people.

　　5) When using an hydraulic jack, no one is allowed to stand in front of the safety bolt.

　　6) During the lifting process, a safety cushion should be added under the heavy object as it rises. After reaching the lifting height, the heavy object should be firmly padded in a timely manner.

　　7) When two or more jacks are used to lift an object simultaneously, the total lifting capacity of the jacks should not be less than twice the load. During the lifting process, a dedicated person should be responsible for unified command to ensure that the lifting speed and force of each jack are basically consistent.

　　8) The lifting height of the hydraulic jack shall not exceed the limit mark line; The lifting height of screw and rack jacks shall not exceed 3/4 of the height of the screw or rack.

　　9) Jacks shall not bear loads without care for a long time.

　　10) The lowering speed of the jack must be slow, and it is strictly prohibited to suddenly lower it under load.
