The explosion-proof hoist is a commonly used lifting machinery in special fields. The BCD type steel wire rope explosion-proof electric hoist can be hung on the I-beam track for straight or curved operation, or installed on a fixed bracket for lifting heavy objects. How much do you know about its internal components? As a user, understanding its internal structure and components is also a necessary common sense. Below, Shanghai Yiying will introduce the voltage transformer in the explosion-proof hoist for your reference only.
1. Tapping: In order to meet the needs of power grid operation, most transformers have taps on the high-voltage side, which cannot fully ensure synchronous switching of the tap changer. Therefore, on load tap changer transformers cannot be operated in parallel.
2. Electric hoist voltage transformer: The primary winding has more turns N1 and the secondary winding has fewer turns N2, which is equivalent to a step-down transformer. During PT operation, both the primary and secondary windings are connected in parallel to the voltage coils of the primary and secondary control circuits. So if the secondary winding is short circuited, it will cause a very large secondary side current.
3. Handcart/Drawer: Handcart and drawer are part of high-voltage switchgear and low-voltage switchgear, respectively, and are equipped with high-voltage circuit breakers, low-voltage circuit breakers, and their relays and other components. Their functions are basically the same as those of fixed switchgear, with the main difference being that they facilitate the maintenance and repair of electric hoists.
