Steel wire rope explosion-proof electric hoist is currently a widely used type of electric hoist in explosion-proof hoist, among which the common one is the BCD explosion-proof electric hoist. Steel wire rope explosion-proof electric hoists are generally used in very dangerous environments, so extreme caution is required when erecting and installing them.
1. After the explosion-proof electric hoist is transported to the installation site, it should first be carefully inspected for any damage during transportation. When there are cracks or damages (such as water or air leakage) on the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof shell, it cannot be erected and installed. The damaged parts must be replaced at the manufacturing factory and can only be erected and installed after meeting the requirements of Fang Abe. Users are not allowed to replace parts that do not meet the explosion-proof requirements, When non explosion-proof components are damaged, they can be repaired before installation and then installed.
2. The entire explosion-proof electric hoist is divided into three parts (operating mechanism group, lifting mechanism group, and electrical group), packaged in a box. Before installation, the overall connection must be assembled.
3. The I-steel track used for the operation of explosion-proof electric hoists is designed and installed by the user.
4. When installing the operating mechanism components, users should adjust the thickness of the washers to adapt to the width of the selected I-beam rail.
5. Clamps and buffer devices should be installed at both ends of the I-shaped steel track used in explosion-proof electric hoists to prevent the hoist from derailing. The collision material of the buffer device should be made of base metal or rubber, and the use of steel is prohibited.
6. Ground wires should be installed on the I-shaped steel track used for explosion-proof electric hoists, with a specification of 4mm copper bare wire or flat steel with a cross-sectional area of no less than 25mm and a thickness of no less than 4mm.
7. All cables must not have joints.
8. After installation, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted. (1) Does the electrical device of the explosion-proof electric hoist comply with the current type and working voltage of the installation location. (2) Is the connection of the electrical circuit correct and reliable. (3) Is the limiter flexible and reliable. (4) Have all lubrication parts been filled with lubricating oil according to the lubrication instructions. (5) All shell bolts of explosion-proof components must be inspected one by one and tightened reliably. (6) After the circuit is powered on, check whether the operation direction of the explosion-proof control button is consistent with the movement direction of the explosion-proof electric hoist. (7) Before officially using the lifting limit switch, it is necessary to check whether the action position of the limit switch is consistent with the running direction of the lifting motor, otherwise the wiring should be changed.
