　　1. Are all lubrication parts adequately greased.

　　2. Is the installation position of the single beam track reasonable.

　　3. Does the voltage at the installation site match the standard voltage.

　　4. Check if the steel wire rope is loose or knotted, and adjust it if necessary.

　　5. Start the lifting and operating mechanism with rated load to check whether it operates normally, whether the sliding distance meets the regulations and whether the reducer has oil leakage.

　　Due to the fact that the micro electric hoist uses steel wire ropes to lift items, a rope guide is also installed to avoid rope jumping, which will not cause unnecessary trouble.

　　If there are 5 burrs on the wire rope according to international standards, the wire rope shall be replaced in time for safety. These measures have effectively increased the service life of electric hoists.
