When fixing the end of the steel wire rope on the drum, it is required to be safe and reliable. The crane should be fixed with a pressure plate method, and the number of pressure plates should not be less than 2. When using the rope rolling head method, the number of rope rolling heads shall not be less than 3, the spacing between rope rolling heads shall not be less than 6 times the diameter of the steel wire rope, and the distance between the last rolling head and the rope end shall not be less than 140mm~150mm.

　　When using the weaving method to connect the steel wire rope, the weaving length should not be less than the specified value, and the connection strength should not be less than 75% of the breaking force of the steel wire rope. When connecting steel wire ropes using the conical sleeve casting method and the aluminum alloy sleeve pressing method, the connection strength should reach the breaking force of the steel wire rope.

　　10 No lifting operations:

　　(1) Do not hang if the command signal is unclear or disorderly; (2) Overload without lifting; (3) Do not lift if the workpiece is not securely fastened; (4) If there are people on the suspended object, do not lift it; (5) Do not lift if the safety device is ineffective; (6) The workpiece is buried underground without lifting; (7) If the light is dim and unclear, do not hang; (8) Do not lift the inclined workpiece; (9) Do not lift angular objects without measures; (10) Do not lift if the ladle is too full.
