Requirements for high-speed gear machining accuracy: The technical conditions stipulate that the gear accuracy of the electric hoist lifting mechanism reducer should not be lower than the 8-8-7 levels in GB10095. According to the current gear processing technology of most factories in the same industry, it is difficult for the gear accuracy to meet the specified requirements.

　　2. Improving the tooth stiffness of high-speed gears: Increasing the tooth stiffness can reduce its elastic deformation and reduce the gear meshing impact force, which is an effective measure to reduce noise in electric hoists. Increasing the gear module can significantly enhance the stiffness of the gear teeth, which is simple and feasible.

　　3. Choose motors with as many poles as possible: Choosing motors with multiple poles can simultaneously reduce gear noise and motor noise, which is beneficial for reducing noise in electric hoists. However, due to various factors and certain design requirements, this choice is often not achievable.
