During the operation of the explosion-proof electric hoist, it will be informed that it is in good working condition. So how can it be considered as running in good condition, just as long as it can be used, is it running in good condition? The answer is no. Let's first understand the operating mechanism of explosion-proof electric hoists, including the components of the driving wheel and the passive wheel. The driving wheel components include a running motor with a brake and a two-stage spur gear transmission mechanism. The first stage is a closed gear transmission composed of a motor gear and a large gear, while the second stage is an open gear transmission with two running wheels simultaneously driven by a gear shaft. The two walking wheels are supported by rolling bearings on the shaft that is tightly matched with the driving wheel wall panel. The two walking wheels in the passive wheel component are also supported by rolling bearings on the shaft that is tightly matched with the passive wheel wall panel. Whether the explosion-proof electric hoist is in good operating condition needs to be judged from the following four aspects:

　　1. Good lubrication, implementing "five fixed" and "three level filtration".

　　2. Smooth operation without noise or bumps.

　　3. The electrical insulation of the electric hoist is good, and the operating speed and lifting speed of the hook meet the requirements.

　　4. The lifting capacity reaches the nameplate output or rated capacity. The above four points, without any problems, can prove that the explosion-proof electric hoist operates in good condition.
