　　1. The wire rope electric hoist has an ultra-high lifting height, an extremely large lifting capacity, dual speed lifting, and dual speed operation. The lifting mechanism has a dual braking system.

　　2. Safety gate device. When the multi-functional wire rope electric hoist breaks teeth during lifting and use. When the axle brake fails, conventional electric hoists cannot provide protection, and the consequences of accidents are unimaginable. The multi-functional wire rope electric hoist is equipped with a safety brake at the end of the drum, which can smoothly brake the drum when the drum speed exceeds 3-5 times the rated speed. We have conducted repeated tests on the braking torque and friction materials of the safety brake, and ultimately achieved a relatively high reliability of the safety brake. Meanwhile, the action of the safety brake does not affect the damage to other structures of the electric hoist.

　　3. Overload and underload protection devices. The common type of load protection is overload protection. For certain special environments, such as when electric hoists are used to lift underground hoists or similar working conditions, it is required that the hoists lifted by electric hoists should not be stuck on the guide rails, or have broken ropes or fixed rope heads falling off. Therefore, electric hoists are required to have overload and underload protection functions. Overspeed protection is also necessary in electric hoists. When the conical braking surface of the electric hoist and the flat braking surface of the second brake are worn or the grid voltage fluctuates, causing the electric hoist to experience so-called runaway, the speed sensor set on the high-speed shaft will cut off the main power supply of the electric hoist for protection.
