　　1. The gap between the brake bands on both sides and the brake wheels is not equal, and one side is too tight

　　2. Brake wheel radial runout out of tolerance

　　3. The main spring of the brake is too tight

　　Solution:

　　1. Adjust the gap to achieve consistency on both sides

　　2. If there is no problem with the motor shaft extension, the outer circle friction surface of the grinding wheel can be repaired

　　3. Adjust the main spring to the appropriate level and use the wire rope electric hoist brake

　　Fault 2: Causes of ineffective braking: Excessive clearance between each pin hole, loose brake structure, and reduced transmission torque. The riveting between the brake band and brake shoe is loose.

　　Solution for brake wheel radial runout exceeding tolerance:

　　1. Replace the pin shaft or expand the hole insert of the brake base to eliminate excessive clearance

　　2. Rivet the rivets tightly

　　3. Grinding the outer circular friction surface of the brake wheel, steel wire rope, electric hoist brake

　　Fault 3: Brake wheel slipping Reason:

　　1. The main spring of the brake is too loose

　　2. Permanent deformation of the main spring of the brake 3. Oil stains on the brake

　　4. Small contact area between brake band and brake wheel

　　5. Unequal clearance between brake bands and brake wheels on both sides

　　6. Exposed rivet heads on the brake band

　　7. Brake band thinning solution

　　Plan: 1. Adjust the brake main spring

　　2. If there is no room for adjustment, replace the spring with a new one

　　3. Clean or replace the brake band with a new one

　　4. Adjusting the installation position of the brake or grinding the brake band

　　5. Adjust the gap to achieve consistency on both sides

　　6. The rivet head should be at least 2mm lower than the brake band

　　7. When the thickness of the brake band is worn by more than 5%, a new brake band should be replaced
