Fault analysis of cranes

The main reasons for the power outage of the main contactor coil are analyzed in the following aspects:
(1) The vibration generated during the operation of the crane causes the sliding iron to not firmly bond with the guide rail, leading to power supply problems, resulting in the simultaneous disconnection of the main contact and normally open auxiliary contact of the main contactor, and the self-locking failure of the main contactor coil, resulting in power outage.
(2) Local poor contact of the sliding iron leads to an instantaneous phase loss when the bridge crane reaches a certain section of the sliding rail. If the missing phase happens to be connected to the control circuit, it will cause the coil of the main contactor to power off and lose its self-locking function. Even if the bridge crane slides over the poor contact area due to inertia and is powered on again, the coil of the main contactor cannot be automatically closed, and the start button must be pressed again.
(3) The vibration generated during the lifting of heavy objects causes the main contactor to fail to close firmly, causing the main contact and normally open auxiliary contact to open simultaneously due to vibration. The main contactor coil self-locking fails and the power is cut off.??
