During the installation process of the lifting hoist track, there may be deviations, but there are relative requirements for deviations, and errors within the specified range are all standard specifications.

　　1. Deviation of track centerline position ≤ ± 5mm

　　2. The distance deviation between the centerline of two tracks is ≤ ± 5mm

　　3. The elevation difference of the top surface of the track is ≤ plus or minus 5mm

　　4. The allowable deviation of the span of the crane track is ≤ ± 6mm

　　5. The deviation between the top surfaces of the two tracks and the design elevation is ≤ 10mm at the column, and ≤ 15mm at other locations.

　　6. After the track adjustment meets the requirements, all bolts should be thoroughly rechecked and there should be no looseness.

　　7. The joint positions of the two parallel tracks should be staggered, with a staggering distance of not less than 600mm and not equal to the wheelbase of the front and rear wheels of the crane. Track installation should be strictly carried out in accordance with relevant deviation requirements, and should not exceed the above distance to ensure the safety of installation and use.
