　　1. Check the lubrication area. In the initial use, the lubricating oil should be changed once a quarter, and based on the cleanliness of the lubricating oil, it should be changed every six months to a year.

　　2. The lubricating oil of the hydraulic jack must not leak and the oil quantity should be moderate.

　　3. Listen for the sound of gear meshing. Under normal conditions, the sound is uniform and light, and when the noise is extremely high or there is abnormal impact sound, the shaft and gear should be unpacked and inspected for damage.

　　4. Use a magnetic or ultrasonic flaw detector to inspect the jack gearbox shaft, and if cracks are found, replace them in a timely manner.

　　5. The jack shell must not have deformation or cracking.
